Buggies & Carts
Specifically built to withstand the rough handling in the food processing industry the Saeplast line of wheeled carts and buggies are designed with strong, insulated triple walls and are ideally suited for handling both wet and dry goods. The sturdy undercarriage construction, nylon wheels, stainless steel axles and ergonomic handles have been designed for easy maneuverability, handling, and cleaning.
MS200 Buggy
The Saeplast MS200 buggy meat cart is triple walled with a PE core and is therefore extremely strong and durable. Stainless steel lifting brackets are integrated to facilitate thorough cleaning and assist in the safety of all workers. The Saeplast Buggy 200 meat cart allows easy handling as it is very low in weight (22 kg). With the capability of using different colors, plants can color code buggies to specific areas of the plant.
MS300 Buggy
The Saeplast MS300 Buggy features a proven triple-wall with a PE core. The triple-wall polyethylene MS300 buggy will absorb noise whereas its counterpart in stainless steel creates the usual noise pollution. The sound level during dumping is diminished by 17 db. With the use of the reusable polyethylene lid, product inside the MS300 buggy can be assured to be food safe.
D360 Buggy Meat Cart
The Saeplast PUR D360 cart is double walled with a PUR core and a high insulation factor. The Saeplast PUR D360 cart is sturdy and comes in several colours. Saeplast D360 Buggy insulated plastic container can be used as an icebox, fish box, meat container, poultry and recycle container.
