Insulated Plastic Containers
Saeplast’s insulated plastic containers are seamless rotomolded double-walled containers. The primary benefit of PUR containers is temperature retention and control. PUR refers to the polyurethane insulation injected into the walls of the tubs, ensuring a very high insulation factor. Developed with a unique technique that ensures effective adhesion between the polyethylene walls and the polyurethane for long-lasting structure. Saeplast storage tubs are used in many industries that require temperature control of frozen, fresh, and processed food.
D70
The Saeplast D70 insulated fish and meat tub is an easy to handle and multifunctional container. It is well suited for fresh food handling in the global food industry. The Saeplast D70 fish and meat tub is double walled with a PUR core and a high insulation factor, and it is available in ATP version (certified for chilled transport). It is commonly used for onboard handling for smaller boats as its size makes it easy to lift and carry. Saeplast D70 insulated fish and meat tub can be used for example as an icebox, fish box, meat container, poultry and recycle container or whatever suits the customer. The lid is included.
D660
The Saeplast D660 insulated plastic container is one of our most popular models and a classic choice. It is particularly well suited for use within the seafood industry, both out at sea and during processing on land. This Saeplast D660 fish tub is double walled with a PUR core and a high insulation factor. The Saeplast PUR D660 is inter-stackable with the Saeplast D660T and the Saeplast D460. It is also equipped with strong, dependable hoisting grips and has easy access on two sides for pallet jacks and all four with forklifts. It can be used for example as a fish tub, meat tub, poultry container or as a food recycling container, whatever suits the customer.

The Saeplast D1000 insulated plastic container is particularly well suited for handling of fresh fish and for long term storage for brining. This Saeplast D1000 plastic container is double walled with a PUR core and a high insulation factor. It is particularly well suited for use within the seafood industry, both at sea and during shore-based processing. It is frequently used to handle salted fish and is commonly used to handle raw materials like salt and ice. It is also equipped with strong, dependable hoisting grips and is compatible for use with forklift and pallet jack on short sides.

It is particularly well suited for storage, handling and transport of fresh seafood or other food products. The Saeplast DB14 insulated plastic container is double walled with a PUR core and a high insulation factor. It is commonly used onboard lobster boats for harvesting cod among other species.
